Crew Laborer

A crew laborer is just entering this industry and joining our company to expand his or her knowledge and experience within the daily operations of landscape construction and management. 

Construction Tasks - General Labor, Shoveling, Raking, Lifting (50lbs Min.)

Maintenance Tasks – General Labor, String-Trimming, Stick-Edging, Blowing, Weeding, Mulching, Leaf-Raking, Lifting, (50lbs Min.)


Crew Foreman/Operator – 2+ Years Experience

Crew Foreman/Operators are our companies front-line managers and “eyes in the field” employees. They have 2+ years experience in the green industry. They have the responsibility of operating their crew and completing each job safely and efficiently.  They are responsible for recording their crews hours and reporting them to the office at the end of each day. Foremen are able to extensively train each crew member and can perform each required task productively. They know how each machine operates and are responsible for maintaining their level of operation throughout the seasons. They have both time and people management skills and are able to speak English fluently. Crew Foreman are very knowledgeable with different plant materials throughout each site and are able to adapt to many different landscapes and environments on the job. They are the primary drivers of each crew and have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record.

Supervisor - 3+ Years Experience & 2-Year Certificate or Degree in Business/Horticulture

Crew Supervisors are responsible for several crews at once and are the main contact for our clients. Supervisors have great people and time management skills and will attend several one-on-one client meetings throughout the month ensuring overall customer satisfaction. They will conduct property walkthroughs with each property manager and answer all questions as well as find solutions to every property requirement or need. Crew Supervisors are responsible for making sure each of their foremen are producing efficient and safe results throughout each property.


Landscape Designer - 3+ Years Experience & 2 or 4-Year Degree in Landscape Architecture or Design

Landscape Designers are capable of demonstrating a high level of landscape planning skills. Responsible for landscape documents including rendered plans and elevations and construction documents. They will conduct site planning and landscape designing for large commercial/retail sites including zoning research and compliance; preparation of base maps, site analysis, design, and investigation of alternative sites. Expected to be able to efficiently address and adapt to unique project challenges as a design progresses through the municipal and client approval processes. Should have a great understanding of cost implications created by their proposed design. Should be seeking new opportunities and technologies to keep themselves current and above industry standards.
