Aeration & Overseeding
One of the most important practices to maintaining a dense and healthy turf is aerating and overseeding. This service involves “coring” thousands of plugs from the top 3-inches of the turf to allow air, water, and nutrients to be readily available for the root system. By maintaining a dense turf we are inhibiting the ability for weed seeds to germinate and takeover turf areas.
Routine soil tests will allow us to determine what your soil actually needs. Applying fertilizer at the recommended amount will provide the proper nutrients to the root system and leaf structure building up resistance for pests, diseases, and negative environmental conditions.
I.P.M. – Integrated Pest Management
Integrated Pest Management combines three methods of weed, pest, and disease control. By combining herbicide/insecticide, fertilization, and cultural practices (ex: aeration) we reduce the amount of overall product we use on the turf. Your trees and shrubs will be inspected by our licensed technicians for pests and diseases that come and go throughout the seasons. Preventative measures will protect the plant material thus protecting your investment in the long-run.
